Dr. M Khairul Hossain, Chairman of PKSF  urged everyone to work together to build a society free of hunger and poverty as dreamt by Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

He called on the Partner Organizations (POs) of PKSF to work for the development of the lives and livelihoods of the rural people by adopting the concept of ‘My village, My Town’ announced by Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. 

Dr. M Khairul Hossain delivered his speech in a virtual orientation program with the Executive Directors/Chief Executives of the Partner Organizations (POs) on 30 November 2023.  

Dr Nomita Halder ndc, Managing Director of PKSF delivered the welcome speech of the program. She recalled the contribution of the outgoing Chairman Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad. She also hoped that this journey of PKSF will go further under the leadership of the newly appointed Chairman. 

PKSF Additional Managing Director Md. Fazlul Kader and Dr. Md. Jashim Uddin, and Senior Deputy Managing Director Golam Touhid also spoke on the occasion.

A total of 12 Executive Directors of the POs spoke in the ceremony.

PKSF Chairman Dr Hossain emphasized on research to know the contribution of NGOs to the national economy. He also expressed his gratitude to all the previous Chairmen and Managing Directors of PKSF for their contribution in bringing PKSF in today’s position.
