PKSF Obtains Trademark Certificates
Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) has recently obtained the Trademark Registration Certificates from the Department of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (DPDT) under the Ministry of Industries for the following:
- “পল্লী কর্ম-সহায়ক ফাউন্ডেশন (পিকেএসএফ)” in Bengali with monogram,
- “Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF)” in English with monogram,
- “পিকেএসএফ” in Bengali,
- “PKSF” in English, and
- PKSF monogram
Everyone is thus requested to use the rightly spelt names and the correct monogram. Trademark Registration Certificates protect PKSF from the misuse or fraudulent use of PKSF’s name and monogram. If anyone misuses or fraudulently uses the PKSF’s name and monogram, PKSF may take legal actions against them.
