Emphasis placed on transforming PKSF Training Center into a modern and future-ready institution

Participants at the workshop titled ‘PKSF-Partner Organization Learning Dialogue 2026’ underscored the importance of transforming PKSF Training Center into a modern, efficient, technology-driven, and future-oriented training institution. They emphasized that conventional training systems should no longer be viewed merely as classroom-based processes, but rather be restructured into an integrated learning ecosystem.
The day-long workshop was held on 12 May 2026 at PKSF Bhaban to define the roles and responsibilities of POs in strengthening the current operations of PKSF Training Center and shaping its future development roadmap.
The workshop was inaugurated by PKSF Chairman Zakir Ahmed Khan, while PKSF Managing Director Md Fazlul Kader addressed the closing session. Among others, PKSF Deputy Managing Director Md. Mashiar Rahman and Deputy General Manager Dipen Kumar Saha also spoke at the workshop.
Executive Directors and Training Focal Persons from 24 POs participated in the workshop. They presented a range of recommendations aimed at establishing a modern, effective, and future-ready training framework for PKSF Training Center.
Key discussions focused on upgrading the quality of existing training courses, introducing new and relevant curricula, selecting effective training delivery methodologies, expanding digital learning systems, and ensuring the practical application of acquired knowledge in the workplace.
Participants observed that through demand-driven skills development and tecihnology-enabled training systems, PKSF Training Center has the potential to emerge as a center of excellence in Bangladesh’s development sector.
