Honorable Prime Minister’s Special Envoy on Climate Change Saber Hossain Chowdhury, MP participated in a consultative meeting on international initiatives on climate change. The meeting, held at PKSF Bhaban on 5 July 2023, was presided over by PKSF Chairman Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad.

Other speakers at the meeting included Professor AKM Saiful Islam of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET); Mirza Shaukat Ali, Director (Climate Change and International Conventions), Department of Environment; Dr Md Nazmus Sadat of Khulna University, and Dr AKM Nuruzzaman, General Manager of PKSF.

Speakers at the meeting stressed on the need for including in climate change discussions those who are most vulnerable to climate change.
