PKSF arranges training on ‘GCF Modalities and Procedures’

The Environment and Climate Change Unit of PKSF arranged a training titled ‘GCF Modalities and Procedures’from 18-26 October 2021 at the National Institute of Local Government (NILG), Agargaon, Dhaka. Dr Nomita Halder ndc, Managing Director of PKSF chaired the inaugural session of the training. Mr K M Ali Azam, Senior Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration was the Chief Guest of the program while Ms Fatima Yasmin, Secretary, Economic Relations Division was the Special Guest. Mr Saleh Ahmed Mozaffar, Director General, NILG delivered the welcome remarks.

The training focused on the preparation procedures of the project proposals under the GCF-Readiness Support Project and the preparation of Climate Rationale, ESS, Gender, Theory of Change, Logical Framework, Tribal Policy etc.

A total of 25 officials from government and non-government organizations participated in the training. All participants are engaged in project preparation and implementation in their respective workplaces.
