On 3 August 2023, PKSF Chairman Dr Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad exchanged views with the participants of the ‘Executive Leadership Training’ course organized by PKSF. In the meeting, PKSF’s Managing Director Dr Nomita Halder ndc delivered a motivational speech. PKSF’s Additional Managing Director Dr Md Jashim Uddin shared the background of the training course.

PKSF’s Deputy Managing Directors also were present at the event. Dipen Kumar Saha, Deputy General Manager of PKSF thanked the participants.

PKSF’s Training Unit is organizing the ‘Executive Leadership Training’ course to help build future leaders of the Partner Organizations (POs) of PKSF. This training course will increase the participants’ experience, skills and values for sustainable operation of the activities of the POs. So far, a total of 75 officials from as many POs received this training in three batches from 19-21 July 2022, 17-20 October 2022 and 5-7June 2023. Among them, 66 trainees participated in this discussion meeting.
