Professor Dr Md Taufiqul Islam visits ENRICH program in Brahmanbaria
Professor Dr Md Taufiqul Islam, a member of the PKSF Governing Body, visited the Adolescent component of the ENRICH program, implemented through CDIP, a Partner Organization of PKSF, in Kasba upazila of Brahmanbaria district on 23 and 24 November 2024.
During the visit, Dr Islam attended a discussion meeting with representatives from local NGOs and journalists, where he outlined the criteria PKSF uses when selecting Partner Organizations. He also exchanged views with teachers and students at Brahmanbaria University in a separate meeting.
Accompanied by PKSF’s Deputy Managing Director Md Mashiar Rahman and Deputy General Manager Dipen Kumar Saha, Dr Islam inaugurated a series of events, including sports and a traditional cake festival. He also visited a development fair where he witnessed the health and education components of the ENRICH program.
Dr Islam also joined a cultural program and a prize-giving ceremony organized by CDIP for members of the Adolescent component.
