SEIP Tranche-2 Extended till December 2021

PKSF signs the 1st amendment to the contract (Tranche-2) on grants for training under Skills for Employment Program (SEIP) project with the Skills Development Coordination and Monitoring Unit (SDCMU) of the Finance Ministry on 25 November 2020. The amendment to the contract (Tranche-2) was signed by Mr. Md Fazlul Kader, Deputy Managing Director of PKSF and Mr. Md Zahidul Haque, Executive Project Director of SEIP.

The amendment makes it compulsive for the extension of the MoU period of Tranche-2 since the concerned training had to be suspended from 18 March 2020 because of the advent of COVID-19 pandemic. The original MoU was earlier signed on 26 June 2018 between PKSF and Ministry of Finance. The contract period has now been extended to 31 December 2021 with the identical target of Tranche-2.
