A workshop titled ‘Job Placement Guideline Implementation’ was held at Auditorium-2 of PKSF  on 9 March 2025 under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP) implemented by PKSF.

The workshop brought together representatives from 24 partner training institutes to strengthen the effective implementation of the Job Placement Guideline and enhance employment outcomes for trained participants.

The event was inaugurated by Md. Hasan Khaled, Deputy Managing Director of PKSF. The welcome address was delivered by Md. Ziauddin Iqbal, Senior General Manager of PKSF and Chief Coordinator of SICIP-PKSF.  

In his inaugural remarks, Md. Hasan Khaled noted that PKSF has been implementing a range of initiatives in line with its Strategic Plan 2025–2030 to promote skills development, employment opportunities, and sustainable economic growth.

A total of 48 officials from the SICIP-PKSF team and the partner training institutes participated in the workshop. Participants expressed their optimism that effective adherence to the Job Placement Guideline will further strengthen the role of partner organizations in achieving the targets of the SICIP project and enhancing employment opportunities for trained youth.
