FHP enlisted as new PO of PKSF
PKSF approved ‘Society For Family Happiness And Prosperity- FHP’ from Kishoreganj district as a Partner Organization (PO) in its 245th Governing Body meeting on 28 February 2023. Currently, the PO is implementing its credit program in 67 upazilas of 11 districts through 127 branch offices in Kishoreganj. As of April 2023, the PO’s loan outstanding amount stood at BDT 295.41 crore, while the total number of members was 1,51,003 and the number of borrowers was 98,699. A total of 965 employees of FHP are engaged in implementing its programs.
On 10 May 2023, Dr Tapash Kumar Biswas, Deputy Managing Director of PKSF, handed over the first loan sanction letter in favor of FHP to Krishna Chandra Das, Executive Director of the new PO. Senior officials of PKSF and FHP were present on the occasion.
